Mzvee Reveals she is Partially Blind. MzVee, the Ghanaian singer, songwriter, and vocalist who has won multiple awards, has made a revelation for the first time that she is partially blind. According to her, her eye condition makes it difficult for her to see the audience when she performs on stage.
She has been wearing glasses since the age of eight due to her eye condition. Despite the difficulties caused by her condition, MzVee has found it helpful in calming her nerves when performing as she can’t see the audience. However, her partial blindness has also caused her some embarrassing moments, such as tripping on staircases.
“I don’t see when I am performing unless I take a really good look and stare, but not really,” she said.

It helped me when I started music and I was very nervous about the crowd because, when I got on stage, I will not see anybody,” she added.
